Shipping Information for Your Order

When it comes to your order, there are two important things to keep in mind – processing time and shipping time.

 

Processing Time:

This refers to the time it takes to create, package, and deliver your order to the post office. Our current processing time is 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday) Unless otherwise indicated on the listing.

 

Shipping Time:

This refers to the time it takes to receive your order after it has been dropped off at the post office. Shipping time is dependent on the postal services (Monday-Friday).

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

  • Our lead time is 5-7 business days until shipping. This is the time it takes for us to complete your order. The time in transit depends on your location, If you have any questions or if your package is delayed, please let us know and we will be happy to assist you!
  • To ensure proper delivery, please make sure your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building/apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is crucial. Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or incorrectly delivered shipments.
  • I am not responsible and will not be offering a replacement on missing orders that have been shipped via letter mail (untracked) because I can not locate the package once I have dropped it off at the post office. Butter N' Fly Co is not responsible for any customs charges that may be presented on international parcels.
  • All sales are final. There will be no refunds, returns or exchanges. If you have a issues with your order please fill out the contact section or send an email to butternflyco@gmail.com and I will get back to you.

 

POSSIBLE DELAYS:

  • We will notify you if there is any reason your order may be delayed or canceled.
  • Please note that weather, holidays, and postal service delays beyond our control may cause shipping delays.

 

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES:

If the address you provided is incorrect and/or unable to be delivered, you will be responsible for any additional postage required.
